eMJee Development Consult Tanzania Ltd. is a consultancy firm based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, that provides services in support of the reform process of public sectors like, Local Government Reform, Water Sector Reform, and services in the area of Natural Resource Management and Integrated Water Resource Management.
eMJee Development Consult is also experienced in providing support in the field of institutional and organizational development and process facilitation for government and development partners, Civil Society Organisations, (Inter)national NGOs as well as for private companies.
The services vary from short term assignments like surveys, pre-studies and evaluations, to longer-term assignments, such as facilitation of multi-stakeholder processes and backstopping of programs.

Principles
eMJee Development Consult departs from the principle that clients are operating in a complex environment, and therefore need tailor-made services. This requires a close collaboration, where we will jointly explore the expectations, internal and external context, opportunities and possible results. Flexibility, result-orientation and sustainable solutions, based on consensus, are part of our device.
Where possible, eMJee will look for opportunities to link government with civil society and the private sector. Good governance, transparency and accountability principles are embedded in all our business propositions.
In case of capacity building and institutional development services, the company prefers, to provide support in the form of modules with intervals of “implementation try outs” spread out over a longer period in order to embed the changes that have been jointly agreed upon.
